What happens to my order if it cannot be delivered and is returned to Essence Wear?

If you're unavailable to receive your order, our courier will attempt re-delivery. If unsuccessful after multiple tries, the package will be returned to our warehouse and considered undeliverable. We will notify you via email to arrange a refund or reshipment.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.

How long will it take to recieve my order?
